Tony was very professional throughout the whole experience. From quoting equipment, providing design consultation,planning the install and performing the work. Tony was courteous and and respective of the house and furnishings during the installation. I wanted to work with a sole proprietor for the personal service that it would provide. Tony was that and more. Very responsive with answering emails, phone calls and questions. I would highly recommend Tony for new installations or service work on existing installations. Talked to friends at Automatic Heating Supply Co. and asked them to recommend someone to me for installing a new heating system. They told me to call Tony Gomes and said his work is outstanding. I took their advice and called Tony and he came by and checked out the job and gave me a very reasonable quote. I let him do the replacement and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the job and Tony's concern that I be completely satisfied with everything. The inspector came by to check the job out that next morning and signed off on it in a few minutes. When I asked him if inspections ususally went quickly he said no but in this case the company that did my installation knew just what they were doing.
I would advise anyone looking for a heating installation/service company that is professional in every possible way to give Tony a call. You won't be disappointed.

He was very helpful to answer any questions I had with the process and seemed honest in his answers. He and his crew showed up on time and got to work right away.
